Information on this site

We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not an offer. Services, fees and timelines are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement. Permits, licences and immigration decisions rest with the relevant authorities, and we do not promise their outcome.

Enquiries and submissions

Sending a form, application, brief or music submission does not create a contract and is not a promise of representation, listing, placement or work. We review every submission and may decline without giving a reason.

The CAVIFIC Network

• The Network is a service run by the CAVIFIC team. Every listing is reviewed before it appears.
• A listing means CAVIFIC has looked at it. It does not mean CAVIFIC guarantees the member's work.
• Listing a media organisation does not mean it has agreed to work with CAVIFIC unless we say so.
• Members keep ownership of their work. By being listed, a member gives CAVIFIC a limited, non-exclusive licence to display their name, profile and the materials they supply on this website, for as long as they are listed.
• Members must only supply materials they own or have permission to use.
• Fees for introductions and engagements are agreed in writing in each case.

Reporting a problem

If you see a fake profile, a copyright problem, a misleading offer or anything that looks like fraud, use the report link on the profile or email CavificUniversal@gmail.com. Reports are handled by a named member of the CAVIFIC team.

Our content and brand

The CAVIFIC name, logos, design and content on this site belong to CAVIFIC Universal or its licensors. You may use the logos supplied on the press page for editorial coverage of CAVIFIC, following the brand guidance there. Artist photographs and music belong to the artists and rights holders shown.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, send spam through its forms, scrape member data or impersonate anyone.

Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to, including streaming and social platforms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, CAVIFIC is not liable for loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
